Processing Time
Each MingLi Gems bracelet is handcrafted and energetically prepared specifically for you:
- Standard Collection: 1-3 business days processing
- Custom Design: 5-7 business days processing (includes personal consultation)
- Destiny Bespoke (八字定制): 7-10 business days processing (includes BaZi analysis and blessing ceremony)
During peak seasons (Chinese New Year, holidays), processing may take 1-2 additional days. We will notify you if your order requires extra time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime through our Order Tracking page using your order number.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the shipping information.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
MingLi Gems is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees. We declare all items as "Costume Jewelry" with accurate values for customs purposes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide photos of damaged items/packaging if applicable
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
All shipments are insured for their full value at no additional cost to you.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at 75576061@qq.com. We can modify the address if your order has not yet shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
