We believe your MingLi Gems bracelet should resonate with your energy and intentions. If for any reason you are not spiritually satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Your peace of mind is as important to us as the quality of our craft.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn and unused (we understand you may have tried it on)
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt
- Returned in the original packaging (the pouch and gift box are part of the experience)
Note on Custom Orders: Custom-designed and Destiny Bespoke (八字定制) bracelets are created specifically for you based on your birth chart. These items can only be returned if there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials.
How to Return
Request Return Authorization
Email us at 75576061@qq.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Package Your Return
Securely pack the bracelet in its original pouch and box. Include a note with your RAN and original order number. We recommend using the original shipping materials when possible.
Ship to Us
Send your return to the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Refund Options
We offer the following refund methods:
- Original Payment Method: Refund to your original credit card or PayPal account (5-10 business days depending on your bank)
- Store Credit: Immediate credit to your MingLi Gems account with a 10% bonus as our thank you for choosing to stay with us
- Exchange: Swap for a different size, style, or energy alignment at equal or lesser value
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bracelet arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you
- No return shipping fees for defective items
All our bracelets are inspected before shipping, but if something slipped through, we take full responsibility.
Size Exchanges
Wrong size? No problem! We offer free size exchanges within 30 days:
- Contact us with your order number and desired new size
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (for US orders)
- Once we receive your return, we'll ship the new size within 1-2 business days
International customers: We offer the same exchange policy, though return shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and energetic reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that show signs of wear beyond trying on
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Custom orders that have been properly crafted according to your specifications
- Gift cards and promotional items
Gift Returns
Received a MingLi Gems bracelet as a gift? We can help:
- Gift recipients can exchange for store credit or a different item
- We'll need the order number or gift giver's name to locate the order
- Gift recipients will receive store credit via email
